one word “Professional “ however one word does not do them justice. I called late Friday they was here early Monday. I open the door and they went right to work. The Gentleman that came was friendly, knowledgeable and his appearance was very professional and clean to the point my wife said “you sure he is here to clean exhaust hoods”. They are my regular exhaust hood folks. I can now say “I know a guy,” and feel comfortable about sharing their information. Great Job!
