According to the NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) 61% kitchen fires were caused by cooking equipment. Due to the many fire hazards present in commercial kitchens, it is important that these spaces have the proper fire suppression systems in place and inspected.

one word “Professional “ however one word does not do them justice. I called late Friday they was here early Monday. I open the door and they went right to work.
